Well almost all of you i hope have seen Red vs blue.
Now a lot of people will agree with me in saying that
Trem is the perfect sort of game for that type of idea.
MDC are making a movie style group thing, if you have
a working Microphone that would be excellant for us.

An idea might be to set voice by class, so maybe something high pitched but annoying for a dretch character with maybe a Mr T type voice for a goon :D

The usual way to do it is individual recordings except where a freestyle group scene is needed. Just as you get better quality with standard recordings compared to TS or ventrillo and its easier to control ie. if someone goofs at the end of a 30 minute session.

I know, but I meant when your in the game, you can talk easier and faster through teamspeak rather than typing, so you can tell someone to stand over there and do this, instead of spend time typing it all out.

Forums arent a problem , its game  server for recording we need , Lag and things dont matter in this case .

I suggested a machinama thing a long time ago, good to see it is getting somewhere.

All i ask of your machinama to make quality good is that you dont imitate RvB, dont have a Sarge character that sounds similar, and use the /cg_draw2d 0 and /cg_drawgun 0 for the camera.

Mabey you could have it where the humans are a broken bunch of "serious" marines with absolutly no teamwork, even though everyone tries to do it.

As for the Aliens, they could be a semi-naturally talanted fighters, who know to work as a team.  Thier objectives are obvious, yet their motives are not.  The catch?  They work and think like a bunch of frat boys in a state university.

lol, an idea might be to have the leader being someone who knows what to do, like a trem pro player and maybe have the rest a variety of skills/lood outs, but tending more towards the newbie end of the spectrum.

My idea for the aliens would be basically a bunch of stereotyped nutcases and the granger being the only really normal one in the bunch.

For best balance i'd say try to devise a team of 5/6 for each side.

ie.
Dretch: high pitched energetic personality who talks really really fast(as you'd expect)
Goon: Masculine Mr. T type
Tyrant: Hulking 3m tall monster that thinks he's a ninja
Basilisk: Depressive, based on popular opinion of his race
Marauder: kinda stupid, like to play fetch
Granger: Normal person, possibly a female. Tries to maintain peace.

Seargent: Serious, maybe too serious..likes to discipline noobies
Chucky: Really really likes things that go boom
Lewis: Likes to set things on fire
Bob: Not to bright so they give him guns he can't miss with
Scientist-type: Like above
Bobo: Robot(bsuit), aspires for something more, kinda like a more active form of Marvin.
