How do you do the reactor jump on ATCS?

I have searched google, searched this forum, but i still dont know how to do it.

Where do you start from, how far up do you aim, and do you need an advanced goon?

Assuming it's the default RC (hasn't been moved) then you'll need a normal goon. An Adv goon is too large to fit up there. Just jump on an empty server or rent a GC server (if you live in Australia) and keep trying to jump up their using a goon. After a little bit of practice you should be able to get it.

it's easier with mara, and basi is a bit more difficult but harder to see.

No need to rent a server.. Just do

devmap atcs in console, than you have no lag, and no other people. Mara is probably the easiest, but goon is easy to. Just jump/pounce up there, it's pretty simple after a few tries.
