Cannot exec .cfg files
« on: April 20, 2009, 01:48:43 am »
I created my binds a while ago with cfg files and now whenever I try to open any cfg file it gives me a "cannot exec xxx.cfg". Got a solution?

Did you try using autoexec to automatically exec those binds? Did you make sure that your executing those configs from the right folder path? Have you tried executing them with using ".cfg" at the end? Check for those and if nothing happens reply back.

It does not automatically exec the binds in autoexec.cfg. That is part of my problem.

make sure that you've placed the .cfg file in the right location and that it's really named .cfg (and not .cfg.txt)

I simply swapped out my exe and  it started working. Could have been corrupted or something, either way IDK, it works...
