[SOLVED] Server Crash On Startup

Hey guys, I've been contently running a server for a while now.  We recently had a power glitch where the power went off for a second, and then came back on.  After that small glitch, my server hasn't been able to start up again.  Here's the info that it spits out when it starts up:

Ahh thanks.  I never thought that google-ing a random error would give you a worth while page, thanks!  I decided to use the tremfusion tremed, and laquitu qvm.  But I ran into another problem. (My server runs fine now beside this Thanks!) My admin.dat is read by the server, and the levels and bans are all read, but the flags don't work.  So even though I am a level 5 admin, I can't use any command.  Its the same for every level.  Is this another qvm-tremed missmatch? or is it something else?  and I have googled this  ::)

Hey baconiser.  I haven't seen you around much.  My ingame name is ^2Kiwi^1(DM).  I'm on alot, even though the rest of Darkmatter isn't.  Darkmatter is really dieing, if not dead.  But our webpage and forum is still up :D

and I tested it, by adding lvl 6, and I can rcon setlevel myself to level 6 so this admin.dat is being *read*

Also, I can use commands with rcon and by typing into the counsel of the server... What does this make it? missmatched?



As for DM: Yeah, rut is hardly ever on.  I think his internet might have died though, so he might be back  :-[

This is why you should read the README when you upgrade.
That's a good point, but read the manual and the wiki but neither helped.  I also didn't find a readme file.  Is there a generic place that they come in? or do you have to download them separately?

Tremfusion "comes with a slightly modified version of Lakitu7's qvm"[1] and any game.qvm based on Tremulous revision 1191[2] or Lakitu7's game.qvm revision 158[3] or newer is likely to use multiple character flags instead of single character flags.

The admin.dat you posted with single character flags was broken. Prior to revision 1191, command blocks had "levels" instead of "flag"[wiki=Server_guide#Admin.dat][4][/wiki][5].

There is an admin.dat converter at http://betaserv.tk/hacks/conv-admindat and an online version at http://betaserv.tk/admin.dat (and it actually works again!)

Thank you very very much. :D  I now fully understand this subject, and I'm using this list to see what each flag now becomes.

They did it because tremulous did it.
Tremulous did it because people keep adding commands and the letters were running out.
