I am posting this to retract my recommendations for reinie and deuk.

Both of them today have displayed behaviour I feel was inappropriate, details of this are shown
below.

Firstly when we were playing on tremor, they had a BIG bitch-fight. hurling insults at each
other off a lot. In the end I muted them both.  During this I warned them both through a
private message that this might happen. Reinie said he didn't care, and removed the }MGR{
tag from his name, which was the tipping point for me retracting his recommendation. At the
end of this map i wasn't sure about deuk.

The next map someone (accidentally??) TK'd deuk.  He TK'd them back, and seemed to
think that this was the right thing to do, which I felt was not something I would like too see
from a member of this clan.

This incident has also made me realise that I have been giving recommendations out without
proper consideration.  We should probably revise our recommendation giving policy to require
more viewing of them in play and not just 'I played with him, didn't really notice him, so he
cant have done anything too bad.'

I feel it important that the }MG{ server remains a decent and fair place, and as such I
support tuple's changing of the rcon password, and think that we should be careful as to
who we let in to the clan.

I disagree slightly with Deuk being given a second chance.

The other day he TKed me twice (out of battle) and then just kept saying "sorry". Yea, ok, you've TKed me once and said sorry, so why do it again (on purpose anyway)?

From then on that match he kept shooting me randomly. While that isnt THAT bad it does force me to go back to the medistation just as I'm coming out of the base (as it's been said before, go into battle with as much health as possible).

And I dunno what it is with him and Forrest Gump but whatever it is he better stop typing "RUN FORREST RUN!!" or whatever it is into the chat box repeatedly. I just find that annoying (or mabey I'm nit-picking with that one. I'll let you decide.)


I think he is definetly one to watch.
Good player but some of the stuff above makes me not so sure.

OK, deuk must be under watch like miki said. According to the age he's given us, he is pretty young and therefore prone to acting a little annoying. Maybe forcing him to condone to our ways isn't the best method to deal with his actions. We can tell him to take a break from MG and play around on other servers for a month to learn proper ettiquette, then reapply to }MG{.

I was just wondering, how many of you on here use / would use teamspeak?

I have seen a website with some great deals on. While its nice to talk in-game, I have always preffered speaking, personally.


I mean, not saying I'll get one definetly, but if people would use it in the clan and on the server I'de be happy to try it for a month and take it from there (only $4 for a 10 slot).

I love teamspeak, especially when the in-game text talk cuts off like half of your message and you have to re-type it again.

EDIT: I'll see how it goes when I get back from my travels. If I do get one, it will be on the 18th. I have been searching all morning and have found 30 very good companys.

Also, I vouch for David and StVlad, my friends while trying to calm down the combatants.

what happened was i was in transit rocking ass with my maurader as usual
but mr deuk didnt get any kills caus he was camping on the stairs to human base all of the sudden i jump in the turrets to kill a wounded guy who ran i kill i jump back out and had verry low hp i jump around corner just in front of deuk and he just slice me in the back
i start freaking and jump away but he keeps coming after me and he slices me again he wouldnt stop so then i kicked his ass with my maurader and he calls me tker and stuff i just ignore the litlle tker
he comes back to me and tries it again i tried to votekick him but he was an admin so he could do watever he likes
the next thing he starts calling me stupid and other names
and then he starts spamming his messages as MOVE!!!!!!
i got fed and called him few names and then was next round
but from there u all know what happened he wouldt shut up i wouldnt shut up we both got muted
then next map he goes all reinie i love you on my ass
i just ignored him and played but then started whining about i am gonna eat a minute later bwah i wont eat then again i am gonna eat ETC....
his childish behavior makes me just more angry but i decided not to say anything and let him whine
there was an MG member who asked if i would reconsider being MG recruit my answer i play this game for fun and i know i cant get along with deuk in any way so being in the same clan as him would just mess up the clan feeling

i'll still be playing om MG server caus its nice and quit but when deuks comes u wont be seing me around no more

As far as I know, Deuk is not an admin. He also wouldn't be muted if he was, now would he. Being MGR, I'm almost certain he's no admin.

Sorry things have been so slow, some new people haven't been added and recs haven't been added, but hopefully things will be picking up a little bit and get back to normal.
I'm sorry to hear about reine and DEUK..
Wish I had more time to deal with this.... People not e-mailing me about their negative reccomendations (for the most part) etc... its a pain to keep up when your not in it..
SO.. after reading everything both of you are off the list. It looks like both of you did a retalliation TK.. that is very much against MG, that is one of the few things we filter for. If you really really want to be in the clan, you'll cut it out and we'll see how your doing in a few more months. I think in both cases negative recs have outweighted the positive actually.. ... which brings me to an important point. Do not hesitate with your negative recs of people. Let me know.

Also.. i've heard from some people DEUK had an MG tag.... he isn't MG.. can this be verified.. if he did actually have an }MG{ tag and not an }MGR{ tag that is a life ban from the clan. Since that wasn't directly specified.. please straighten this out if you can.

So here is the thing.. We are getting people recomending the same person from the same game....  We have 3 members playing with one recruit at the same time and they come in and give 3 recs.... do you see the problem with this? its 1 GAME... its 1 DAY.... I'm also thinking very soon this will be a members only rec system....
But the point is, no more ganging up in 1 game and recomending them from the same game!.. I know right now its hard to keep track of.. just do your best.  
Try to write the server and the time (along with what time zone you are in) if you can.

new rec submission requirements:
YOU have seen them around more than once.
YOU have observed them for more than 10 min.
YOU have played with them for more than 1 hr (or observed them for more than 1 hour).
TRY to minimalize overlap with other recs.
WRITE about them. More than "I rec" etc... you have to tell your experience.. doesn't have to be a lot, but right now its too simple for people to BS and pump them out.
PLEASE include servers/times if you can.

If you witness any bad behavior that is against the requirements, TKing, Deconning etc.. give them a negative rec, even if only done once.

Once again.. the list right now isn't current. I apologize to anyone whose membership might be being delayed due to me, I am very sorry.. WAIT for the green though.. your not MG until your green, enough recs or not.

FWIW Reinie, Deuk being an admin was done quite by mistake (My mistake! I take full responsibility) His admin rights are gone and the minimal amount of rights he does have, which amounts to putteam over and above what anyone else has, are soon to vanish. I have personally witnessed Deuk acting irresposibly and childishly, and would react more strongly to him if I didn't think that he is in fact 12-13 yrs old. ok i see what ur saying Pie and i agree. well the servers i play on are the 2 with the good amount of ppl (50 and 52 as max). I like playing with big teams and thats why so I'm usually there. I do think that Deuk should get a second chance. Yeah, he's new, and yeah, he's made some mistakes, but we accept new players, and we do forgive, I hope. If he really does intend to be a kinder/better player and come back, I would consider him anew.

I also think that it is very noble/good of him to come out, say, 'yeah I have flaws, I'll try to fix them,' and then ask for a second chance later. A lot of people under attack close down, refuse to be insulted, and become hardened jerks -- Deuk shows the ability for introspect and being a good human, who accepts their faults and hopes for forgiveness.

Personally, I find this touching and I also see these as positive, good traits of a human and a Trem player. Thanks Deuk for not freaking out, getting defencive, taking out the MGR out of your name, telling us all to fuck off, and going your separate way. I hope that no further issues come up with you, and that you eventually prove to us all that you deserve to be in this guild.

(Too bad 'bout the admin thing, though. I suppose that if one of the two had been kicked, then things wouldn't have gotten as out of hand as they did. The TK'ing someone back is completely off side, though. It hurts the team a lot more than a single TK, for moral, interpersonal, and score reasons.)

I personally have found deuk to be a good player (not talking skill wise, but still not calling him a noob). Though, currently after all this my fealings about him are somewhat shaken. Put him on probation. By the way caps and bad spelling is not very convincing.

Anyways, this one is very good, and for women only (I'm not female).

We could call it: Propher Iss Speelling Sorarity (Proper Spelling Sorority in real English..) -- a clan that always uses prooper speeelling and grammerror. Why is it for woahmans only?...

This way it abbreviates to PISS.

HELLO EVERYONE. PLEASE READ THE MAIN POST!
I have updated the recruit list. It is 100% acurate now.
It includes who recomended who.
This includes PMs and E-mails BTW.
There were several innacuracies due to some people double recomending people... this resulted in Howitzer never actually getting 3 recs. He is still a member though since I told him he was and he has been for a while now. Hopefully someone will do the honors of giving him his 3rd anyway though.

I'd also like to thank tuple. After I compiled my list I checked my e-mail and tuple had already created a list of his own. So by checking them against eachother I've managed to get a very good level of acuracy. He possibly saved me over an hours worth of work verifying everything so THANK YOU TUPLE!

I've counted all up until this post. From now on, they must meet requirements and be sent via e-mail. I'm also amazed at how many people don't include their game name in the e-mail recs. PLEASE TELL ME WHO YOU ARE!

Positive recs will always be shown.
Negative recs will be shown as number only.

Reine and Deuk actually got enough recs to become members, but that was before this whole thing. They both only got 2 negative recs. Anyone who was in that game and saw that should have given them a negative rec.

This was a team kill that probably resulted from an accident or lack of forethought. You both should get eachother's PM or something and resolve this.. its a tk, and there doesn't need to be any long lasting bad blood. Sometimes you can make good friends from things like this.

I made a post saying MONTHS.. and then you say 10 days. You don't decide. I have had more time though to consider things, and i'm going to just put you both on a month suspension (both of you will have a second chance if you want it). When you put the tag back in your name you will start with the 4 rec system and with 0 recs.
We take this kind of thing very seriously. In the meanwhile if anyone witnesses anything like this again I request that they please submit it to me.
If any MEMBER thinks this is unfair they can talk to me about it.

.... I'm very sorry the forum is taking a while.. Just trying to do it right. Hopefully tomorrow night i'll be back and the forums will be up. Thank you all for your help and patience.
