that's actually a really good idea.

except most people call their friends by a nick or something.

maybe a !listmutes?

Well level 0 is not allowed to use !listplayers at Official EU Server, so, I guess, there's a good reason to have it that way.

callvote mute 's can expire after x mins admin's can also specify a limit someone giving info or spamming 5 min no talk timeout for you /mute spammer 5m

The problem here is how to let people know wich players are muted.

Add a red M at the beginning of the players name?  I don't know how you would link that to !mute though.
