Looks nice, tho I think the eyes are a bit too deep inside the head, and the lower jaw needs a bit of work.

Nice, but as UniqPhoeniX pointed out already, eyes are too deep into it's head, and I think that arse thing is a bit too high. I also don't think dretch needs to be remade anyway

PS. Is it smiling? :o

The eyes are in an 'alcove' which is slightly too deep. It seems the dretch would have serious trouble seeing forward/up/below.

That's 1 mean looking dretch :o IMO the head and the front legs are a little too big compared to body and other legs. Could fix it by moving the head and the 'attachment point' of front legs forward, and then stretch the body forward (front legs are fine if bigger then others, just not that much).
Maybe also make the back of the body less flat?
About the lower jaw: in general it's a bit too thick, and if you follow the quads surrounding the mouth, they go from the front/side of lower jaw to the 'lip' of the top jaw. It makes the lower jaw look a bit twisted/squished.
The teeth should be bigger, and more of them. On mara/goon/rant, the teeth are right next to each other, where 1 tooth ends, the next one starts.
That is really everything I could think of :-X

I was quite busy lately.
I have started on the textures, not that great now. I'm still learning texturing  ;D
The teeth are more and bigger, the legs are shorter, the back thingie has more poly's so that he's less flat.

Gonna post again when the textures actually look like something  :P
