Main Menu

Granger Bug

Problem: Will fall off wall/ceiling while holding to wallwalk while simultaneously selecting a buildable from the click menu.
I use non-toggle wallwalk, and if you select a buildable (from the menu) while on the floor, climb, and build, you cannot select another from the menu while holding wallgrip or you will fall (the buildable will still select).
The evolutionary brilliance of the advanced granger should negate having to go "bump" to the floor every time it selects a buildable from the menu.
  Thank you.

Edit: Afaik this occurs both in 1.1 and 1.2

We must add padding to granger feet immediately!

and i am VERY stupid.

I believe this is just a problem with the menu, I've never noticed this when using binds.

I seem to recall opening a menu cancels all held keys.

Actually you can open the menu and still hold onto the wall, but clicking something will detach you and you will fall.
I know that many players use binds, that's cool, but don't use that to say that this doesn't need to be fixed. This is a problem to be taken seriously. Anyone who is just getting into trem will be affected by this, because they haven't taken the time to make binds yet (or they don't know what binds are). The menu is a feature, like it or not, and binds are the exception. The exception shouldn't be the answer to the the feature. That would be sloppy.

Most people use toggle wall walk, which AFAIK is the default.  Which is probably why no one's ever complained before :)

hold is useless because it prevents you from jumping off of a wall.
