when you die, instead of going to your base default as a team spectator, you can get the choose to also spectate your own body, and cannot "sink" while you are a team spectator. and if there are no spawns left and you die, your body will never disappear until another spawn or quitting/switching teams.

I like the idea of corpses staying when there are no spawns left(extreme sudden death, anyone?)
