lol, honestly, did you think i was serious?  the time they are is if they are modded.
these are stupid suggestions, don't even waste our time.

I think it would be cool is at s2 or s3 humans could buy a super cheap (50cr) Elite Blaster. Would have 8-12 rounds in the mag, and would fire as fast as you can click (like bf2142 sidearms). You could carry several mags for it.

unlimmited ammo willbe good as long as it is weak.

I like the idea of a decent upgradeable blaster.  Not unlimited, 4 clips containing 12 rounds each.  Or if it is unlimited, it overheats after 12 shots in a row and takes 3 or 4 seconds to cool.

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work in tremulous due to the way you can make binds in tremulous.

I agree there has been too many times I'm out of ammo with a bsuit.
Make it so that that the shot isn't as delayed, and so that you can't use it as your primary weapon.
To make it balanced add 5HP to the dretches as Repetition suggested.

Or yeah, an overheating blaster with better DPS (damage per second). Shame about not being able to fast click for better fire.

Perhaps like the Left 4 Dead pistols (Unlimited ammo but has a 15 round clip)

In the end they really should upgrade the blaster,
maybe it be a test in the GPP.
Just keep the same blaster,
make the addition as easy as possible then see what happens along with a simple balance change on the alien team.

Err at this point I'd be very happy if the developers even used the idea fo a better blaster and used the old models.

that, and no ammo or rounds, purchasable at an arm for 50c for primmary. and if you chose secondary, people do run out of ammo so a little more expensive like 200c for secondary use

That's silly, it would be way too powerful. Blaster is supposed to be your "prayer" weapon. The idea is that as you run, you PRAY that you will damage that alien half as much as he's about to damage you.

It would be something that has just enough juice to possibly get out of a situation.
It would be a stage 3 weapon that can be used with only a bsuit,
I think that being like a rifle would be overpowered(your right) maybe just having a faster shot would be nice.

The trick would be to return to your base before you run out of ammo :)  The blaster is already quite more powerful now that it does 10 dmg.
