As thread suggests, what OS are you playing Trem on, I have been quite curious to collect this statistics across several communities.

Hmm, if the poll is broken in the main theme then please remove this thread. (I use SMF default)

Edit : Please refrain from starting flamewars. Noone cares about your opinion about the system, just vote, if you like self-expression, post it, but stop trying to attack other OSes / users.

Windows, but why is Linux and Windows so broad, and than there is only OSX?

Switched to win xp recently. Gotta say that on my crappy harware, trem ran a little better under Ubuntu b4 I switched, but that's not nearly enough to keep one there.

Or the other possible result, which is that linux fans are very quiet about their OS usage.

Deadbeat Engineer

Ok so Tremulous is installed on about 5 computers I use.

  • 2 of those are the Windows XP computers I play on.
  • 1 is the Ubuntu 8.04 server I host, well duh, the server on.
  • The other two are Mr. Mustashio's OS X comp and his Windows 7 laptop...
Yeah, I have no life.

just stop... please

i wasn't implying that it was a bad os. i was implying that ive had more than my share of troubles on it.
and for the record Xp is my favourite of the windows os's.
and thats coming from a primarily linux user if it works only on windows or runs better natively ill use windows (ie 3ds max, photoshop(just because its easier to install) ).
