If humans have a lasarmourbatt getup, why are you still in a dretch? If they don't have helms yet, ambush them (pop out when they're up close). If they do have helm, attack them when they get to your base. Never attack one unless you do it with 2-3 dretches so you're sure you can kill him. He doesn't have to reload, so there is no merit with rushing alone (if you're unskilled).
