okay this is a class where you spawn with the aliens but instead of being a dreach your a frog that has a 20 foot long tongue and you upgrade your health and tongue longness with evo points this would take the factor away that only humens can kill you from a distance

But..the human team's ranged attacks have ammo and the human team's movements are severely limited compared to aliens so wouldn't giving aliens an unlimited use ranged attack and already giving them much more enhanced movement unbalance the game

I agree with Aviator. It's too hard to balance a game with three opposing sides with out turning the whole game into a 2 on 1 team-up deathmatch.

Not only would it take a lot of coding to have a 3rd class. Maps would have to be different to have room for a 3rd base..

i know how to evolve! I'm saying insted of a dretch you can spawn as a frog and evolve to a basilisk after that an go on when i meant third class i meant a 3rd species that's joined into the aliens and have a limited times you can throw you tongue around like 10 and it only takes like 4 times to kill a human with no armor just a fun class so you don't get tired of the dretch. and you throw the tongue like the advanced dragoon except an animation of it coming back at you? i know its a silly idea but when I'm a dretch they kill so fast with the riffle its just a way that the aliens can attack from a distance? maybe you can expand and modify my idea?

Yeah I kinda thought about that after I posted but the "third" as pazuzu said is what lead me to think that he meant team/race/what ever
