What are you trying to do?
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

Holy crap.
All right, so Open Arena is not a mod, it's a stand alone game, based on Quake III Arena.
Quake III and Trem are both stand alone games. So a mod for one game probably won't work for the other game.
If you want to get a Tremulous mod on your server, then just get the mod's game.qvm file with a matching tremded.exe file and set up the rest of the files like you would a regular server. For more on how to set up a server: look here.

P.S. You can only have one mod on a server at a time, unless you either set up a new server with a different mod, or you change the above mentioned files on your current server and then restart it.

Its really not any different. Try !setlevel swamp-cecil 5 in the server console. Similarly all you have to do is set the appropriate cvars on and off for friendly fire and friendly Buildable Fire.

abp = /g_alienbuildpoints 999
hbp = /g_humanbuildpoints 999
building ff = /g_friendlybuildablefire 1

What the hell?

is there a way to lenghthen kicks?

!kick Demo 9d (for days)
!kick Demo 9m (for minutes)
!kick Demo 9s (for seconds)

if you want to adjust a ban (or kick) depending on the QVM you have installed you can do !adjustban

AFAIK !kick only kicks the name/partial name/player # of the player right after !kick for "g_adminTempBan".  You should use !ban if you want the kick to last longer or shorter.
