well,may someon please tell me how do i get the update for photoshop with the colour replacement tool

Right click on the brush icon and select color replacement tool.

Color replacment has been around at least since cs2 no?

well, i HAVE photoshop, but i have "Adobe Photoshop 7.0". how do i update it?

You need to pay some updating price, dunno, not sure. And if yes, you know Adobe's prices ...
