I've coalesced everything written by me and our guide contributors onto a whole new site. I want it to be a source for everything related to Trem 1.2 strategy. So far, each page has relevant stats, images I've edited from screenshots, and the corresponding source data. Soon, I'll be adding in-depth stuff that I wrote elsewhere, along with segments of Venkman's marauder guide. Also, graphs.

So what I'm looking for, yet again:

Contributors. If you've written a strategy guide on the forums and you wouldn't mind me editing chunks of it onto our site, please tell me. If you actually want to write segments, I'll give you editing access to the site.
Criticism. If something sucks, I will change it promptly. I want this to be useful.

Disregard any of your previous bookmarks, this will be the final site. I promise.

For the blaster section, it is useful to finish off aliens with blaster when you hit them with a charged lucifer cannon and they do not die because it's of blaster's quicker repeat rate and the fact that they will most likely have very low hp meaning you can kill them in even one shot. This is an exception to the "Do not use blaster if your weapon has ammo" rule, which in other circumstances, holds true.

Further, for the lucifer cannon section, another "Don't" is to not use against aliens who are close to you as the lucifer's back damage has been drastically increased to the point where it takes away about 30% of your HP.

Why in earth bother with switching to blaster since lucifer's secondary fire is a lot more powerful "blaster" for dretch killing. Works extremely well, and you don't have to change your weapon and receive damage meanwhile.

As to the site itself I took a quick peek around and it should be noted that repeater's are excellent not only in forward bases but also in your main base. Also, what you want to do with repeaters is to build the most costly buildings to make the most of the 20BP. Nodes are highly recommended since not are they only 10BP but they will function even if the repeater is killed for two minutes. Node+tesla, node+turret and node+node are all good combinations.

And as a marauder you should not always jump continuously. A good example of this is when playing against a mass driver, if you jump you will just get hit more.

I obviously fail at using luci. I tend to miss less with blaster. Personal preference, I suppose.

Never, Ever try and take on a group of more than two humans. Period.
Always target stragglers and lone wolves, groups are just deadly for Friend

If you accidently run into a crowd of humans as an advanced

, Gas and run, thats your best chance for survival as the gas will slow them down and mess up their aim.
Even for normal attack runs, Hit and run is especially huge for

, due to his low HP, but once you're out of firing range, you can heal alot faster, so use this to your advantage.
Friend

is especially useful for healing, so make sure your teammates know where you are so they can find you and heal up.
If the

are camping, just be a portable booster outside the base for your comrades, rushing in there is generally suicide.

Added some tongue-in-cheek strategy to the blaster section.

I personally prefer Light armour + helmet with a Painsaw, the maneuverability is worth the reduction of protection IMHO.
Also, Painsaw is great for defending, as the aliens generally try to slow down to target their attacks, which is when you shove that Painsaw up their behind. Especially effective vs

in atcs default H base. you can trap them in with the Painsaw.
Painsaw is generally more effective as well if you get someone else to be a distraction, so the alien in question pays less attention to you; if you're by yourself, the alien is more likely to be more cunning about out-maneuvering you.

Another hint for the painsaw section: Box the alien in. This work especially well for goons. The vast majority of goons cannot chomp if their life depended on it, and (for me) pouncing close distance is annoying since I often miss, as result, forcing the alien into a wall and running straight at them is often enough to kill them.

This is a pretty good compilation of information by people who are willing to maintain it. I think a sticky wouldn't be too out of place.

Stickying in-forum is usually meant for posts/topics with a bit more content, not just a link. If someone would make a useful compilation of links like Trak did for mapping that'd probably get stickied. You'd probably get away with referring to the same site with different, meaningful, links, creating a short index, but varied linkage is even better.

Could you add the combat data for the granger? I know, you'd obviously need a huge "DO NOT use this for serious combat!" disclaimer, but how else is someone going to know that the spitwad is about useless as a human spitting on an alien?

Well, I guess, but granger spit does like 2-3 dmg, and slows for like 5 secs. These are just like estimates. The slash of a granger kills in like 5 swipes to the HEAD. But it is always good to know, the best defense of a base is the person who knows how to defend WHILE they are building.

It'd be an excellent start, and adding more than just links to your own site helps of course. I think yours would basically be able to replace and expand upon b0rsuk's sticky with weapon values. Maybe add an easy comparison page between weapons on your site to emulate the scroll comparison of his topic and you have a winner? Also noticed that the reload time is only mentioned in the source data box, not in the line with data under each picture.

I think you should mention in the goon section, that chomp can be more useful at times than pounce b/c of it's faster repeat and greater range. Other than that it looks great!

Very small thing, but on the main index column, could you rearrange the alien classes etc into more logical orders? I.e instead of going basi, goon, dretch, granger mara, tyrant (alphabetical); it would probably make more sense to put them down in order of evo cost/stage. Same for human weapons etc.
