Missing Texture Files

I installed the TremulousPack on Ingar's website, but I can't get it to see textures. Do I need to download those separately?

make the homepath your Netradiant folder. not base or anything just Netradiant program folder.

Mk. Will this work if I have it in /applications? (Mac)

EDIT: Tried; still no textures. Does the trem 1.1 mapping pack work for 1.2 mapping?
Getting this error.

Unable to find default tag file /Applications/NetRadiant/NetRadiant.app/Contents/MacOS/install/trem.game/shadertags.xml. No tag support.
