Set controll defaults for aliens and humans?

I Have a set of controls for humans and a different set of for aliens. Can I make it so that when I play humans I automatically get my human controls and when I play aliens I automatically get my aliens controls? This way I dont have to keep switching.

Sure. Make two different cfg files, say humans.cfg and aliens.cfg. Put them in gpp/ and set cl_humanconfig humans.cfg and cl_alienconfig aliens.cfg.

Then, it will automatically exec both of those files whenever you join or switch a team.
