HALP!!!! CANT RUN TREM PLZ HALP!!!

Whenever i try to start up trem it works out fine, but when I get to the main menu and i click play the app just randomly quits. What should i do? Can anyone help me?

Is there any screen that pops up with any command or such?
I would excpect you missing a data-gpp1.pke or data-1.1.0.pke thingy or the vms folder.
Or maybe default.cfg

No nothing pops up.I also tried to install the game numerous times but still same effect.I have a MAC by the way.

Are you trying to play GPP?  This is a common problem when you install GPP after having played 1.1.  You need to navigate to "/Users/[YOUR NAME]/Library/Application Support/" using finder.  Once you're there rename the folder "Tremulous" to "Tremulous1.1".

GPP should now work.

Once you run GPP, it will create a new "Tremulous" folder in Application Support.  If you want to go back to playing 1.1, rename this newly created "Tremulous" folder "TremulousGPP" and rename the old "Tremulous1.1" folder back to "Tremulous".

That's a common problem after playing 1.1? Weird, i don't play 1.1. Since im a mac user i didn't have to install tremulous 1.1 to start the GPP.

Then perhaps posing the output from the application "console" after Tremulous GPP crashes could help shed some light on the situation.

Delete the app using an application like AppCleaner, or do it manually by deleting the Users/YOURNAME/Application Support/Tremulous folder

That would exclude Trem from being the issue.

I got trem running. All i did was download it on a different user
