Bind on mac

How can I make a bind on apple mac osx

For at the end of the game (EX: like Headhunter- Its my job i am a Headhunter) I just witnessed his bind the other day.    I want something like   ("Ay they call me F1rst because I just came in first place") or or   

(Im F1rst19 and I kill to win, I kill to become F1rst19, im F1rst19)

Especially -     (Enemy is down attack)  etc etc... 

or (I am very Firm) (Kharnov YES)       

But how can I make a bind and use the bind ingame,  ps. I never really got into using a bind so please dont flame me about binds just help me...     

Getting kinda tired of all these people with a cool bind and im on everyday. I want some too
