Realeasing a map on Mac osx
« on: June 19, 2011, 10:44:26 pm »
Does anybody know how to turn a folder into a pk3 on max and make the map show ingame???

I recently upgraded my Mac and I just compiled a map(final build) then I have the folder with all the contents.

I put the folder into a zip and then turned the folder into a .pk3 file. Put it in the trem base folder and it doesn't work.

I do everything the same, just like you would do on pc.  Any help????

Zip the contents of the folder, not the folder itself, i think generalscott had the same problem.

 You highlight all the folders

maps
scripts
textures
readme.txt

compress them all then rename
eh, i prefer gregorian.net chat better than this. NO download and its LIVE!
