My server does not show on the master list

I have got the basic setup running (CFG's,QVM's all in their defulat locations,etc), and i even port fowarded (port 20000). Here is a pic of the port foward setup:



This is how i run tremded:

Also, i removed my antivirus, i disabled ALL of windows firewalls. The only way i can connect to it (myself and  other people who are connected to the same router as mine) is by typing:

All the console output looks good (no port errors, allocation errors etc).

Any ideas? My router is also a BELKIN router, and i also heard this could be a matter of enabling/disabling DMZ? Thanks! :)

tremded is sending heartbeats to the master server but not responding to the master server.

In no particular order… If your modem has a builtin firewall, disable it. See http://portforward.com/ to see if there are any special directions for your router model; make sure there are no other settings contradicting your "virtual server" setting or using the same port (it's possible "virtual server" settings are disabled somewhere unobvious) and set the protocol to UDP in case the web interface is broken and "TCP&UDP" doesn't mean what it says (also, Tremulous doesn't use TCP). Also directly connect your server to the router if it is not already and make sure that its IP address is set statically to 192.168.2.7 (some routers are picky about things like that). After that, try up/downgrading your router's firmware, and maybe even hard-resetting it. If you still can't get it to work, you might try your luck with Belkin support, using third party firmware, or getting a new router; I don't recommend DMZ.
