Year, simple.

1) You have to have administration right on the server (if you use Create Server in lo you have it)
2) Open console and type g_humainStage (0-2), g_humainbuildpoints 1000
3) If you want good mod, type \devmap a map and next \god. Il you are alien and evolue, you have to retype \god.
