 :O

i was doing a basic BSP and as usual it finds 'duplicate' brushes and then this popped up a split second after it.

*offish-topic*
when BSPing it comes up with a list of doubled up stuff No?

well say it comes up with

entity o brush 277 DUPLICATE
entity o brush 277 DUPLICATE
entity o brush 278 DUPLICATE
entity o bru...

or somthing

an yet theres nothing REALLY duplicated as i beleave it checks it twice.

Looks like a case of old software and the problems that come with not using the current release.

OLD!!?

GTK1.4 is not old,

1.5 is not old but it comes up with the same error BUT it crashes afterward.

1.4 is more stable.

it takes the beeting and still stands

but WHY is it happening? and has anyone had this before?

i even tried a seperate compiler and the same thing it crashes from the same thing.

BUT 1.4 is the only one that says what the problem is in the above link, the others just die on me

No, it's a Mac fan site. I used to be a member there (maybe I still am, but I don't go there anymore). BTW, Macs are PCs.
