Votekick Abuse

It happens alot when im not playing on my "favorite" server.

I'm playing against "non skilled" players and beat the shit out of them. The first thing they do is: OMFG!! j00 hackz0rz!!! After 5 kills this happens; Name started a votekick against DjPong.

Noobs dont know what to vote.. And TADAAA result; Whiner won and i got kicked for using my skills.. IM F*CKING FORCED TO PLAY N00B!?

No, it's just the thing is that i cant play a NORMAL match because i get kicked after 5 mins.

That's not MY point here, the point is that i CANT play a match without having a votekick on a NON-MODERATED server.

Just play on MOO/ludo/linux server and you will find out what i mean.

:S I'm glad that i can do "cancelvotes" on Aliens Wrath server because this is moronic.

Yes, I already keybinded !cancelvote on my J button because some human thinks its fun to vote for an other map while we are busy playing another one .

It's more the fact that People just create an unmodderated server and let it get "f*cked up" by other players. (or make a mess by themselfs)

Lobby for the "reason" thing in the vote.. otherwise this doesn't really do any good to post it here.. the people you have a problem with aren't reading it, and im sure we've all been a victim to it or have at least seen it. Its immature.. but as you said, unmoderated servers suffer from this.. so you can play moderated servers instead. Its not fair, but its less frustrating i'd imagine.

Anyway, the vote system does seem quite moronic at times, but thats what admins are for.

set g_voteLimit 1 (I think a value of 0 means unlimited votes :-/)
create an admin level with the 7 flag (can call votes regardless of g_voteLimit)
look at your log and when you see someone calling stupid votes, ban their ass

That should get rid of most annoying votes :-)

I think the problem is he plays on unmoderated noob servers that probably have no idea what TJW's tremded is... unmoderated = he isn't the admin.

what i would like to see even more is a system that makes it impossible to restart map more then once(or vote for certain maps-_-).... I was playing on ludo tremulous one day and acts got restarted 4 times in a row and as soon as it changed the votes for acts started :cry:
