My opinion: Nukes are works the devil. Not that i believe there IS a devil.
No i'm not a christian! I'm a Universist... No, i made that belief up myself...
What d'you think it my own belief for?
Anyway, Nukes = evilness.
The things i believe are the source of all evil?
Money, weapons (such as nukes), and Greed.
Greed being the largest factor since:
Money is only evil because is creates greed. it is worth too much; you can buy anything if you have enough of it!
Weapons? weapons are evil too. weapons can kill, scare, injure, terrify, maim, or worse. And how do you get weapons? with money. NO!
Thats not what i mean. I mean that without weapons, greed would not be feuled so, since the less possibility there is to BE greedy, the less greed there will be.
What has this got to do with weapons? Weapons are a possibility to take money.
either by killing, or threatening the victim into giving.
Now thats where the circle is round. But the circle is unstable, since if you take one factor away, somehow it will probably just get worse.
dammit.
Now thats where laws and punishments step in. Laws are bassically to scare people from robbing, killing, and maiming each other. Punishments are to punish those who don't listen to the laws. hence they are called punishments.
And who should find and punish those who defy the laws?
Here come the cops. Cops began as friendly, helpful people in uniforms who usually hold firing arms for the protection of themselves, and the innocent.
This has gone disastrously wrong.
Policemen are no longer the help people they used to be. They think themselves boss over everyone and are as arrogant as hell.
They are believed to be doing crimes themselves more than any average guy. This rumour, to me, is not confirmed but it sounds quite possible.
Ever seen star trek? The people who made star trek were way ahead of even this time. The film itself, where they travel back in time to find the first encounter with the vulcan people. Remember that? "Some spaceship, how did you pay for all this?" Asks one of the people of history. "In our time our economy runs on different standards" comes the reply. No hassle with the money, just making sure the inhabitants of earth have a good life, and making sure the research gets feuled well. with what? with money? NO! with all the supplies they need!
Darnit. Weapons don't do good to this world. create one, show people you have one with the words:"Now I can protect myself!" then everyone needs one. To protect themselves. Take ones weapons away and he is vulnerable. take EVERYONES weapons away and we will be one step closer to world peace. My view of this world. My one dream i have is a long, long story.
No money to speak of. No thing as a weapon ever heard of. No anger, no greed, Just helpfulness and happiness. And possibly some sadness and upset here and there, but those are basic emotions wich cannot die. Anger can. Greed can. Jealousy can. And only once all those are gone, my true dream will be true. But knowing this is impossible with so many angry, arrogant and jealous people amongs many decent others. The reason the decent people are so hard to find is because they harden themselves. They get attacked with anger and jealousy and must fight back. They fight back with anger and hate. That's what goes the wrong way. The only right way would be the way of the warrior. and only those who KNOW the way of the warrior know that it is right. the rest of the people on earth usually don't even know of its existence.
