I hate to break it to you, but you have no clue on how to administrate a server, a player does not have to be connected to get a ban.

I'm pretty sure !kick only works on connected players and many admins are only allowed to !kick. Though I took the "we" to indicate vote kicking.

No, I just think that all kind of cheating is wrong, and telling that there will be some client that helps with cheating will probably make many people cheat, what they wouldn't do if there wasn't such option.

Yes the cp's are a pain with there deconning and there non-stop bind using, but theres nothing we can do but kick em ourselfs, GA doesent have any admins to ban them otherwise they would of been gone by now.

That guy just deconed all but one telenodes then stood on it so we coudnt spwan then he team vote to kick me and since all of us were spectators the vote passed and i was kicked from the Game Arena 3 server.I,ll ask his ip [If i meet him again]then post it here.

It's called Last Man Standing. You build up the base, and then remove the spawns. The last man standing has to rebuild the telenode so you can start again.

Which is a fairly fun thing to do I guess... However they should keep that to their own little servers if they want to do it, everyone else in GA should have to wait on their game.
