At a loss....

Here is my issue:  My screen has shrunk.  Not the window itself, but the actual point of view of my character.  Not sure how it happened except that involved a 1 year old hitting the keyboard and I have no idea how to fix it and I cannot find it in the manual or faq.  

Any suggestions before my daughter shrinks me right out of the game?  =)
