Ok... We were playing on a server, and then this poobear goes in a builds a egg into the little gas line thing in transit, and doesn't call it a glitch.. is it a glitch/bug, or does this person have some.. problems..

It's glitched building. I can't speak for the bg admins, but common sense would say it's bad, considering:

1) people that spawn from the egg can't get out and have to /kill
2) humans can't kill it to win the game

When that's happened, I've votekicked the person and voted to restart / nextmap. People generally vote yes if you explain what's going on.

Whenever someone begins to glitch build, I vote for the nextmap.  If they don't "get it", I then switch to the team with the glitched buildings and decon them.  

I'v been banned from a few servers for doing that.

Building outside the map (the cage on transit, under the basement on tremor) is generally considered cheating, and are kickable/bannable offences on most servers afaik (and definitely on the servers i admin). I don't generally consider building in the places where the model will drop below the hitbox to be cheating, but some people may disagree (there are base where you have no choice though, the model will fall through)

You can shoot through the same crack you can build through.
Once someone stuck a node in there, moved the reactor and Armory into there, and deconned the node.
Defenses, Medi, and Nodes were all outside.

Like in pulse when you stick the reac and defcomp in the very back of the water tank and just put a rep at the real base :p never phails
