I've been waiting to post my own whiny topic about crap admins for a long time, and finally the lovely admins of yaknet have given me the opportunity.

In the beginning there isnt much else to see besides me sucking, unless you consider an admin vote spamming abuse. One of them tries to passvote the vote to the next map...but has a little trouble. All throughout a dude kept trying to kick ryanw...they never stopped him...and finally in the end he deconned reac and placed it out in the middle of nowhere. I told them to ban him, but since they were aliens and wanted to win, they just kept playing and took out the reac and then the human base. I have a demo of me and my l33t hax to prove it.

As said many times before. There server, there rules. If the admin abuse was so bad that there were no players because of this. Then that would be an issue. However, as far as i know. yaknet is a popular server therefore, this topic is a waste of space.

i know yaknet is empty a lot, and at least 3 people disconnected because of this.

honestly i miss yaknet. there was always a good player base, until it died of course. i also have trouble playing demos. can you tell me who were the abusive admins becaause i have never had problems with any of them.

jeff and krypto i know were admins...maybe tbob...our poor reac got deconned and built in the middle of nowhere...and they didnt even think twice about killing it and not kicking aids.

i don't know krypto or tbob that well, but jeff i know. he can be strange at times i agree, but it is rare that he does anything unfair without others influencing him. maybe he was high...

Whee, just saw this post. Wow, that was awhile ago.

Viewing the demo, I think I did my best to handle the situation.  I might have been busy fighting some doods with my mara when you were trying to get my attention, so sorry phor that.

Hell, I dont even remember what admin level I had when that happened, but I remember that guy who wanted me to descibe him

As far as I remember you should have admin N00B.  You were one of my first admins.  If you lost your GUID let me know and I will reinstate your admin.

Yaknet has been slow since most ouf our regulars (including me) has joined OPP.  

Leandro is a known deconner and makes up about 30+ entrys in my admin.dat.  Also Aids and the anus guy is obviosly a GNAA greifer and we have had problems with these guys.  Thats why I have !denybuild and such.

At most I think my admins acted a little late to save the match.  But guess what??  when one match is over another starts...  

I did notice my son Eli (kryptonite) was trying to abuse his admin so I am off to demote him again to level 1

Rapidshare sucks. The required "access code" has non-alphanum characters in it and they expect me to be able to type out whatever... and every wrong code results in waiting another 1/2 minute.

Yeah most of the yaknet players from the "good old days" play on OPP. Id play on yaklairs but my bro cant connect to it (some isp problem).

Nah, its ok robug. My school reimages my computer just about every other week, and since I have no idea how to make a custom guid, I'll just end up with a new guid every time. And demoting Eli to level 1 wasn't really necessary, I just kindof wanted him to notice that he was abusing (trying) so that he would stop. I've checked OPP a few times, but it seems to be empty. I must play at odd times.
