Concerning Zilla.

I have been a member of the Tremulous community for quite some time now, and one clan in particular seems to be the most insidious of them all. I speak, of course, of the threat known as Zilla, and I will explain to you why the seemingly harmless Zilla is just the opposite of what the appear to be.

Today, I was playing on a server known as Boom Boom, and after a few games of relative silence, a character named "God+Zilla" shows up, decons, and leaves. This person insists that he is given direct orders from Smokey+Zilla, the leader of Zilla, to terrorize as many servers as he can. With that being said, he disconnects, causing havoc and ruining the game for all.

I ask you all, as a community, how can we condone such blatant terrorism? I call upon all server owners to blacklist Zilla members from entering, so that we may teach this ribald band of deconners that it is wrong to terrorize and disrupt games.

If he isn't an admin on Boom Boom then God+Zilla's name is not protected, anyone could go around with his name on servers he doesnt admin at.

Well, I frown upon you for not contacting me first about this, my info is easily available.

As for this "God+Zilla", HE IS NOT IN MY CLAN. I have spoken to many about this, Yarou in particular.

As for ME telling him to terrorize servers, that is a blatant lie. I am by no means a griefer, and I am strongly opposed to it.
Any admins who can give me his IP, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this.

On a side note, I'm willing to bet that it's Rob(Aka: DoDFlux) Who is doing this, because he's just that lame.

This seemed like an obvious lie. Most deconners, if not all, keep quiet, not wanting to draw attention to themselves. It sounds like that guy has a personal grudge against zilla/smokey. While zilla has been the topic of debates recently, I am sure that none of them would deliberately ruin the game for others.

You have got to love it when a clan (Zilla) insults you and calls you noobs when you enter the game, just because they have never hurt of your clan (|PSR|).  they challenged keeni and I, we accepted, and headed to their server.  the were in transit, jumping off the railing into the pit (we got fraps footage somewhere).  they were like "Zomg, teh noobs r here".  then they kicked us.



I know, way off topic, but its zilla bashing, isn't it?

Yes certain members in zilla are tards....Last time i played on their server certain admins started to use admin commands to bully the human team even though the alien team was already heavily stacked with zilla members...If you don't like them stay away from their server and just ignore them on other servers.

But this thread seems to be just another useless flame thread... If you don't like zilla take it up directly with zilla or with the admins on the servers you play on... Either the person who created this thread is a lying troll or the person using the nick God+Zilla is a troll.

Ive been playing starcraft all day you can ask RCHammer, Lemonstandgirl or Frostwing, we were all playing together.

My experience with the Zilla clan has been nothing but positive. Not that I'm saying they're perfect, but I'll personally give them the benefit of the doubt.

When? a few weeks ago... Who? well it was mostly you....  anyway the point of my post was not to flame it was an example. The point was IF you don't like a server or a group of players then GTFO or take it up with the admins of the servers you frequent directly.

I think we can all agree that Smokey and his Zilla friends are a bunch of pretentious children. This forum thread gives them way more glory than they deserve. The best thing you can do to attentionwhores like Zilla is ignore them. Just don't react to whatever nonsense they ventilate in-game.

Well, last night played in Corbina and in some point God+ZILLA joined and started to decon alien base and spammed 'God+ZILLA' and some times with typos and Raaawrings.

He made also vote against some random ppl so couldn't vote him out. Well at first I was pissed. Then watched his actions and spamming and started to laugh. Then he joined humans with same doings and players started to whine about him. Well laughed more. In the point he said that 'What, I haven't done anything wrong' I think I woke up my neighbors :D

Laughs when you are tired are always the best ;)

Then he left...

Well, either way, glad I don't have to be authority Corbina 8)

But stay away from places from where I WILL keep you out.

I mean, what other explanation is there for the hyperbolic condemnation and overdramatic language of the first post?
