Clan System *Suggestion*

Since there are many clans I think that Tremulous needs a Clan System. Something like the one in Get Tiffany. It would be great.

I seriously wonder if Tremulous has enough clans which would justify the existence of a 'Clan System'. What we have so far is TremLeague, and that just shitty, showing little promise for the the future other than a cool tag on IRC.

Let's just wait for a decent amount of good clans first.

Why? I am fully secure in the skills and abilities of the Guild's members. I already know we are the best! Isn't tremleage supposed to be this alleged "clan system?" I don't think there are enough good clans out there in the same geographic area to really warrant such a system. The vast multitude of fly-by-night "clans" don't really count in my book, and as soon as you take those out of the list, you are left with a small handful of actual clans.

Tremleague was only a mild success, and for obvious reasons. Once Tremulous comes to a real point where it can sustain some real clans, then maybe I can be convinced we need a "clan system."

Smokey knows full-well how }MG{ works, I dont think he meant "leader" as in "I lead the clan" but as in I "lead" a large part of our efforts.
