basi gas works by affecting teh central nervous system of the brain of animals....AFAIK...turrets do not have brains and they aren't animals

And what if the basi gas goes into the machine and mess up the program? That'd possible

And what if the basi gas goes into the machine and mess up the program? That'd possible
That'd only be possible if it was highly acidic (and would probably do more damage to hummies considering it'd burn their lungs) or filled with borg nano-probes...which is highly unlikely.

And this would be balanced by a nade that forces tubes to damage alien structures?

If this was put into the game (if it isn't already >_>) then how long would it affect the turret?  And would the turret deal random shots and not a steady stream of fire?
