But thanks to your PM, you have managed what only a few did.
You managed to get both clans banned from the *wraths.

So from this day on, both MMD and TFC are no longer welcome.

YOU do not decide if a *wrath is closed for a CW and YOU do not start a vote-kick so you can have a scrim.

Yes he was.
A player named "Tex" connected and joined the game. Before he could join any side a vote-kick was started. With the reason "{MMD}KobraKaine{C}: the clan wanted to play us 3" and "{MMD}KobraKaine{C}: he upset the balance".

Oh, and may I suggest you do not judge the rest of my clan on the behaviour of one member? Whether that is true or not, {MMD} is a good clan. You haven't even met most of us. That's like banning a subnet because one guy came and deconned once. This is, infact, more lame then Sat-Gnu banning Poland. They met a lot more then one Polish person.

Caveman happened to be at the console at the time, and felt it justified his being an asshole.  Caveman wasn't even in the game, so I couldn't very well ask him to lock the teams for us, now could I?

I would also like to verify that the PM Caveman quoted is word-for-word correct.  However, I think it is of great interest to me that Caveman, as well as Lava and some of my other detractors on this thread always say to "Settle with an admin" outside of the Trem forums.  I did this, and now am ridiculed for it.  You have no right to flame people anymore for openly complaining about admin abuse, because even if they do it in private, some drama queen (that'd be you, Caveman) will eventually pull the whole thing out into the public eye anyway.

PS: I stand 100% behind my statements that Caveman is a "Cocksucking asshole," a "dyke," and a "Class-A dick."

And you conveniently overlook the fact, that you noted several people getting lvl1, so you know that the console was not unattended.

i don't know where you got the idea that it was ok to kick a player trying to play a game on a public server. every single server op i know would have banned you for that as well (and as i mentioned earlier, i have banned people for doing just that)

What the admin says, goes. Though some admins can be reasoned with and some just plain aren't fair, there's little point 'fighting the power'. It's alot easier to simply play on another server.

Vote-kicks are only a temporary measure at best (for when the admins aren't around) and can easily mean the kicking of some innocent player.

KobraKaine chose to make a private attack, and caveman made an open one. Either of them could have shrugged it off, not letting it bother them.
