Spawning Error on servers without 'Vote' menu

Ok, everytime i try to spawn on a server without a 'vote' menu ( pressing ESC while in room) it gives me an error.

please help =/ i have this problem on my own server too. I would change it to have all 4 menus (when you press ESC) but i don't know how.

One of the servers you went on was poorly configured, and dumped a dodgy VMS in your base folder.  Delete it or play on pure servers.

EDIT: ok, i deleted vms1.1 file or sumthing like that and i still get the error when i try and spawn.

I have this same problem on some servers, it is really annoying.  :x  :evil:  :x  :evil:

Alright, check every file that begins with VMS, delete all but the 1.1.0 one.

Don't play on unpure servers and you shouldn't be loading the wrong vms.
