Building on top of the armoury

Also, when the armoury dies, everything on it should too, so it's only for minimum-space situations.

Look, its not as if the top of the armoury is any real estate, its tiny, and would just annoy ppl who wanted to decon the [building on armoury] but instead decon the armoury, maybe losing the game.
