Well, since no-one else has told him, I might as well. They gave tags to those who wanted to join because they are potential recruits. Therefore you can search for recruits faster than having to type their individual names.

I'm sorry but, there is no postulant named (=>kiwi.Tim) , the kiwi is to nice to do this x) -> + o kiwi know that at sudden death the OM can be rebuild =}
I'm sure its an enemy of the kiwi Clan who did this =/
