Just take a look into the .menu files and change it yourself.
The original code should look like:

    //PLAYER NAME
    itemDef  
    {  
      name "playername"  
      rect 200 248 240 22
      visible 1  
      decoration  
      textScale .3
      ownerdraw CG_PLAYER_CROSSHAIRNAMES

Just change the "textScale" to somthing lower, like '.25' and you have yourself some smaller names

When I play on the MG Dev server, pretty much everything vanishes. No evolve menu, etc. For the most part, the entire hud vanishes. I've tried copying the base/ui stuff into mgdev/ui to no avail. My pre-laziness intention (which is the same as doing!

) is to make a bind that uninstalls the hud and reverts back to normal, and back again. Why, cause I really like this hud, but I also want to play on MG Dev more

Next time I play I'll install the hud and condump the error I get.

Can you be a bit more specific? I think I've found the file, but it seems to already be set to one, despite my inability to see player names. Is there some other place I need to change it? Does the one just go after "visible"?

Sorry for the noobishness, I'd just really like to be able to use this HUD.

MGDev uses a different UI file parser than stock Tremulous, so custom HUDs will need to be rewritten to work there. As for installing/uninstalling via a cfg file, I'm not so sure... but you could try putting your hudfiles settings in mgdev/autoexec.cfg

To see player names you must turn OFF human dot crosshair.

Some of the colors and positions and locations of certain things makes me think that you largely edited "Hellriders HUD". But thats just my opinion err guess.

hay man ive been using your hud and its all good but i was wondering if i could change the ingame hud colour for humans and aliens like blue and yello as a joint combo for both teams instead of just the normalred and blue plzz if so i would like to know how to do this or if you could do it for me

ZOMG!!! K-otic, this hud is l33t!! Great Job!!

EDIT:
The chatmenu looks awesome, but I cant seem to get it to work properly, I binded vstr chatmenu to v as told and if I press v it will nicely show the second page of the chatmenu, but when I try to execute one by pressing a number, it wont work.
What am I doing wrong?

New version (1.6). Changed the menu somewhat and added more in-depth options.
Make sure you read the readme file, (you need to exec the install cfg again if you are upgrading).

That's not the hud. That's a known Tremulous bug, happens even in default huds.

I cant see structure hp with ckit or granger and i cant go on any mod but base >_> its annoying but il live, all i want fixed is the hp thing.

been using your hud for awhile now.
edited a few things well.. pretty much one thing, human crosshairs is always a mdriver crosshair for all weapons and the kit.

love your hud it is perfect!
