There is no best single player, and it's by no means measurable how good or skilled someone really is. This is either a dead-end topic or bound to be a flamewar.

I don't know the Euro scene well enough, but St. Anger, Yahoo, and Lestrange are a cut above the rest in the States IMO. There are maybe 20 or so players that are right on their asses. It's hard to say because it is rare that you match up with someone in a fair 1v1 enough to declare a victor. Like everyone has said, Trem is a team game so declaring a best player is more difficult.

When BodyOrgan is around, he's the most individually skilled player in my opinion. However, that's just overall. Many people are better in other ways, but I feel he has the highest level of well-rounded skill. Still, it is a team game, yet he is often great in that way too.

However, considering that he isn't highly active (actually, he has been playing more often, but still lightly as he's busy), unlike others I might nominate, I would have to agree with comp for the others. St. Anger, LeStrange, and Yahoo are always a step above others, although they are all quite different in playing styles.

Well, i heard many ppl said "Tremulous is a Team-Game so the game haven't ONE best player.

Sorry, guys, i'm disagree.

Many players can carry the game, alone. In cw too.

But it's not the way of the topic so, i will speak about the EU scene and the "skill".

I can quote many many players :

.Eye, IJsje, CitRoX, Puma, Nux, MayheM, Flocke, Mercury, Sakrah, Infinity, Lesbroot, (he doesn't cheat imho).

Generally players from [F]lame, (CY) and [HUN] clans.

There are players out there who get accused multiple times every day they hang out around unexperienced player bases. One person informed me they got votekicked six times in one day. I get accused very often as well.

But this is not what really makes you a good player. Sorry. There's a point where, from then on, you will get accused constantly, because new players don't see the difference between those people they think are botting who are just good and those people they think are botting who are absolutely amazing players. They never make that connection.

I for one don't like super big servers over 20 players usually.  It turns into nothing but Kill whoring.  There are plenty of players that are good that don't get top kills. Good in my mind means you contribute to the team. Killing their eggs, Organizing a rush, Killing om.

I also agree with dracone about the hack accusations. While it is fun to be accused when you aren't. Alot of good players don't get accused because people know them.  Thats why if you put on an alias and start owning, your more likely to get accused.

I wouldn't know.
However, I nominate people like Iabz, St Anger, Lestrange (He pwned me and Yarou), and BodyOrgan like Drac mentioned. I also nominate and computer aimbotter program that runs by itself and can hit about anything. ;D
And someone called qwerty but I am more than sure that was a fake name......

There are some extremely adept players out there who are absolutely no fun to play with because they don't take the time to communicate with the team, instead choosing to simply killwhore.

St. Anger, LeStrange, and Yahoo are all great players, but I don't know if you could call them the best. BodyOrgan is very adept at killing things and lucy jumping, but still, not the best. I don't even know who any of the players ezra listed are. If there is such a thing as best trem player, I don't think we'll ever really know who it is or was.

I dont know, the best players out there are simply the best players out there. And trust me, when people can take down three chainsuits with a goon, that has to be impressive. Or the chainsuits are noobs. Either way, I guess you can be right but stop being so phillosophical with this approach. Just say who you think is good and move on. Oh, I also nominate Thanatos, damm good....
