Do noob builders BOTHER you?

Best noob builder evar! Some noob by the name of Rxx decided to reset the human base on Karith to factory defaults, he set about moving the reactor out from under the platform, where it had been for probably a good hour and well defended, and back into the centre for goons to snipe and sit on, gave it a smattering of turrets and left us sans-armoury for what felt like an eternity...

as long as it doesnt effect my gameplay to much i dont mind (like blocking a pathway with something so i cant GTFO from a charging rant    )

You know the 'best' builders are those that point at and blame the person who actually was building, while they were feeding.

Both of us usually do that (my sis)    I rather build then fight mostly..

What bothers me most are

A. Human builders who move the base while we're under attack/ decon turrets to "Reposition" just before a rush... especially if someone shouts "INC!!!"
B. Alien builders who build a crappy ground base. At S2 or higher, the aliens should never have their entire base at one point nor rely on defenses.
C. Aliens who "defend" the base by feeding. A lucisuit against a dretchstorm wins. Always. Sure, this is impertinent, but it's the same point: Bases with weak defenders may as well have noob builders. They  usually do.
