While I concur that this seems to be a classic post-adolescent case of the Dreaded Semen Buildup, I hardly feel that this patient could benefit from the sort of hot, sweaty, nameless, faceless, anonymous coupling that one would usually prescribe in such instances. Perhaps seeking professional help would be an option.
