[SOLVED] Texture/Compiling Problem
« on: January 05, 2008, 03:17:20 am »
I'm currently new to mapping, but I have read several tutorials. I found some textures that I would like to use for my map, so I made a folder in C:/Program Files/Tremulous/base/textures/mymap and in GTKRadiant I can see the textures. But when I compile into a bsp it freezes, and says q3map2 has an error. However, when I compile my map into a bsp with the other textures that trem has, it works. Is there something i did wrong?

What version of GtkRadiant are you using? What version of Q3map2 are you using?

Ah, I'm probably going to sound like an idiot but whatever  :o When i added my textures I renamed my map something other then what the texture folder said. When i renamed my map back it worked.. Sorry for wasting your time lol.
