can't load maps

hi, i just downloaded and installed tremulous on my computer, i opened the game, pressed on a server, it couldn't load the map, i press ok then BANG! i can't see my mouse anywhere, i close the game, try again with another server, same problem, is there anything i can do!?

It is a small glitch and I'm pretty sure there is a patch for it.

No your problem is that you dont have those maps yet.


go to mercenariesguild.net and look for downloads and get some more maps.

sense you dont have them it puts you back on the menu screen and the glitch takes away your mouse.  You can also put cl_allowdownload 1 in consol (~)  then it will tell you if you want to download that map or not you can just hit esc and look for a server with a map you have.

Dont go to mercenariesguild.net, go to tremcentral.com and get all the maps you want.

Well if you look, mercenariesguild.net has more maps than any server runs. So either would be fine.

Code Select Expand

/set in_loading 0
That will give you your cursor back

mg.net also has a much faster connection than tremcentral.
