There's numerous voltages used on there; Off the top of my head, you'll probably see a +12V rail, +5V, -5V, +3.3V and likely a few others, some of which might be only in the CPU (Vcc, Vdd). If you can get a manual for your motherboard, it'll probably tell you which sensors are available and what readings you can expect, then you can see if any of the rails fall outside normal.
Only problem is, a PSU can also put out the correct voltage but not nearly enough amps; so you'll see +12V right up until the point it shuts off when it can't handle the load

CPU temperature seems a little high to me, but I stay away from overclocking & performance stuff so that could be a baseless gut reaction.
