Adding new player/weapon models?

How would i go about making a mod to add player/buildings/weapon models?

A comparison would be faster than waiting for a response on the forums.
Also, you would feel better after a comparison.

no i wouldnt, cuz i have to work :) so i would feel super tired after a comparison and very depressed, i would rather wait a few hrs/days for an honest reply.

Well if you can't be bothered to look then why should I?
Adding new things is a relativity complex process, as there are many places that need to be updated.  if you can't work it you you probably can't do it anyway.

If all you want to do is replace existing models, unzip data-1.1.0.pk3 (it's a zip file) and find the existing model, then make a new pk3 with your new models in the same places. The new pk3 should contain nothing other than what you intend to override and should be placed in a mod folder so that it will take precedence over the base data.

If you want to add completely new classes, buildings, or weapons, look at how tremx or balance did it.
