QVM?

i know i probably sound like a n00b but i have no idea where to put QVM files, can you please help me.

That depends on what you want to do with them, but generally you would put them in fs_homePath/fs_game/vm (e.g., ~/.tremulous/base/vm or ~/Library/Application Support/Tremulous/base, depending on your OS, of course).

Not unless you provide additional information. Please first explain what exactly you tried, what your expected results were, and what the actual results were. Then, maybe someone can figure out what went wrong, where.

well when i did the - !instantbuild - it didnt instant build, when i did - !bot - it didnt work. it said it like i was talking after i hit enter

You didn't give yourself admin rights.
Do !setlevel <yourname> 5 in the server console
