You messed up your admin.dat. The segmentation fault could indicate overflowing log files (it did for me, at least).

• Read a book on how to use computers
  
• Read a book on Unix/Mac shell commands
  
• if someone sends you a shell command, google for it or read documentation on what it does.
  This will help you to learn what you are doing. Simply copy pasting commands without verifying what it does won't help you to get smarter in using your computer.
  
• You have some experience now in setting up a server...re do what you have done until now, download the same files, etc..
  
• If you cannot re do the setup of the server, next time, take notes about what you did, and why you did it.
  
• Backup working configurations if you are not sure you can set it up again

-i remade the entire server, and as soon as i tryed to run a different qvm it flips out, i think that it might be the tremded, where can i get one for neros qvm???
-also, the stupid erase thing took my tremx, and took my name, how can i get my name back, i do know what my guid is if that will help

Your QVM and your tremded are mismatched. Use TJW's tremded. Unless Nero's made some major changes recently, that one should work just fine.
