it might be crashing because of this:

timelimit 9999

you should set it up to a lower time. That happened before when we was scrmining aganist OPP, Rat startyed to mess up with the timelimit till he crashed the server

Well, you could compile one from their source code. Also consider cleaning out your log files; I don't know why, but this seems to fix the problem.
