The Phoenix QVM Project 2

Here's yet another QVM by me. It's based on Lakitu7's QVM, version 5.4, revision 101. Originally it was going to be revision 12 of Phoenix QVM, but then I realized that wouldn't make any sense.

Goal:
To create a "pure" QVM. This means no admin abuse or balance changes — just helpful commands and other features. Lakitu7's QVM already follows this philosophy, but mine...well...even more so.

Versioning:
This project will use a revision-based versioning system. Revision 0 contains no changes.

Downloads:
This QVM is available for download here. Navigate to phoenix2/.

Other:
Please excuse any double-posting I do in this thread. It will usually be to notify the forum of new releases.

what do you want to remove/add from/to lakitu7's qvm?

What do I want to add? My own personal touch, mainly. Useful commands, cvars for gameplay customization, etc. Nothing too controversial.
