Yes, he is talking about how he has built up a hatred for most of this game's community, save the uber-elites (and applejuice, who doesn't count cause he sucks), and now draws more enjoyment out of griefing than he does from playing. He is perhaps trying to justify why he does so by explaining his life's hardships, and briefing the rest of us on the Tremulous clans' rises and falls, though mostly those concerning j-cool, whom he seems to hate the most.
On a side note, I too remember ONE and scrimming them early as AoD. We beat them on Transit (yeah Transit) and Bezerk said to look out for Doh and his buddies, they'd soon be a strong clan. I lol'd, but I'll be damned if I didn't end up fighting off Zillers for a year.
